Hull Design Service

The PATHPLUS Hull Design service is part of our comprehensive design outsourcing service, We offer a full spectrum of services, including all basic and detailed design and calculations, detailed drawings for authorities’ approval, and seamless communication with owners and classification societies, ensuring a smooth and successful design-to-construction process. The only input we need is an outline SPEC, and occasionally an hull surface for some special vessels.

In 2022, we provide our full design package for one of the best-quality bulker shipbuilder in China, Our design include the Hull Lines, Propeller and PBCF, the GA and MA design, the Hull Structure and all outfitting designs. During the project, we achieved: 


1. Structural Weight Reduced by 900 ton/ship

2. # of Structural Pieces Reduced by 45%/ship

3. Main Hull construction period Reduced by 3 weeks


After our hull optimization service, the shipyard secured 3 - ships with the PATHPLUS-design
